Keep one eye open
The goal for my image was to create a tense scene where the two characters are shown to have some kind of potential action. I wanted the main character to be aware in the foreground looking over to the shadows behind him. The villain in the background would have a weapon and be wearing something shady. The scene was to be dark with just enough light to show to characters, especially the weapon and outfit of the guy in the background.
The final project turned out a bit different with the setting being in a parking lot rather than an alley way. However, the idea of the image was still kept intact. The hardest part of the assignment was getting proper lighting for the picture to be dark while still showing the main villain. We used a light bar under the character to overcome this issue. The easy part was getting the costume and prop as I already had it all. The area was also empty so we had no interruptions while shooting.
